Finishes applied straight onto the architecture: decorative plaster, decorative concrete, iron-look coating, and hand-painted murals. The wall itself becomes the work.

Nahariya Municipality & the Strauss family
A public monument telling the story of Nahariya’s maritime heritage. The Ma’apilim boat and its passengers are sculpted by hand in relief across the full width of the wall, set beside an illuminated text panel.
THE STUDIO
Established 2005 · two decades of handmade architectural finishes, made and installed across Israel.
The White Box Studio is an artist’s atelier in the full sense of the word. We deeply understand our materials: how they behave, where they come from, and how they age. With this expertise, we design and execute one-off pieces and finishes for architects, interior designers, and anyone seeking a look no one else has.
How we work
We co-design alongside architects, designers, or end clients, then handle full on-site installation. Installation is carried out by the studio’s own team. We currently take on projects exclusively in Israel. We strongly prefer early-stage collaboration to guarantee that all required infrastructure is seamlessly planned and executed.
